Mbongi Buthelezi has over 20 years of HR working experience. She has extensive knowledge of and experience in Human Resources, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Learning and Development across fast moving consumer goods, retail, manufacturing and banking industries.
Mbongi’s work exposure across multiple business sectors gives her a solid understanding of business in South Africa, coupled with in-depth knowledge of employee life cycle and a passion for keeping HR operational functions on the cutting edge of HR. Mbongi has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
